Also ich hab auch die X4 Technik in einem wesentlich schlankerem gedruckten Rahmen und bin bei 41-42 Gramm mit Cam, Sender FPV-akku und Flugakku.
Ist deine Gewichtsangabe dann ohne Flugakku oder wie?

Mein is 35 grams including 70 mAh lipo for camera and transmitter.
The frame is very light, search for "micro 008" on shapeways.com

My Frame wights 6g too, just like yours.
But i have no idea on how to save 7 more gramm. Thats simply just impossible.
Is your flight-lipo included in these 32g?

I added a picture with the quad on the scale, the scale is a very accurate scale that I use for much lighter builds such as F1L (indoor endurance competition plane). I could probably loose a 1/2 gram or so by removing two screws holding the hubsan board and use glue instead or/and change the battery/board cables/connectors but that's probably not worth the effort.

What frame are You using? post a picture.
My frame was around 5 grams empty and I used the original motor cables (very tight).
The Lipo I use for the cam is a light zippy with short wires and a 2 pole molex connector.
I've ordered a 5 Volt step up regulator from polulu.com (same weight as the lipo) to just have one battery.
Thats easier to manage when traveling.

There we go.
I´m using a 70mah lipo for all the fpv stuff it wieghts about 2 gramms.
I have a 1g cam and a 2.2g video tx, makes 5.5 lets say 6g for the fpv stuff.
My frame is 6g just like urs.

Nice frame.
my cam is 1g, battery 1,9g, tx 1g (lighter antenna), 260 mAh tgy nanotec (1,5 g lighter than std and more power).
IF I remember right the frame was close to 5 grams.
Every fraction of a gram adds up.
I found a picture with the weight without the cam, tx and extra batt and it was 29,66grams


I thought that the Micro 008 without the fpv stuff was too light, I had some oscillation problems but a bit heavier it's really nice to fly.

Yea to light sucks too.
Mine hoovers at around half throttle but it still gots enought power to get pretty quick up in th sky.
Whats the flight time on ur Setup?

Some changes:
I installed a 5V step up regulator from pololu. It's easier to manage just one battery.
The TFT will go into a pair of Eco FPV googles when Rob starts up after his summer vacation.
