Wie bereits erwähnt, werde es vorerst 3D-Druckteile werden.
Das mit dem Cover wird erst nach den praktischen Tests entschieden.

Can someone that allready has the gimbal controller combined with the 4404 motors give the exact amount of torque the motor generates? And is this more/less when you increase the voltage? I would like to compare it to the ones used in the zenmuse to see if we are close.

Zenmuse uses MAXON EC-45 FLAT motors with 30watts power on 24Volts (Torque is 87mNm for this motor)

I have one. And the torque figures look to be right. But I dont care about the zenmuse figures, but I would like to know what our gimbal motors produce

if you increase the voltage, the current will also increase which is directly proportional to the torque.

the used driver is able to handle a voltage up to 52V, this would increase the torque over four times (on the paper).

Also in meinem Fall drehen sich darüber mindestens 4 heftige Ventilatoren sonst täts ja nicht fliegen.
Da mach ich mir um die Kühlung wenig sorgen

beim fliegen würd ich mir auch nichts denken aber, beim am boden testen könnts kritisch werden.

ich werde es nicht zu teuer, nicht zu billig und nicht zu schlecht machen...
Ich denke es wird für Jedermann interessant, da es die Komponenten auch einzeln geben wird.
So kann jeder bestimmen ob er ein fertiges System benötigt oder einzelne Komponenten oder einen Bausatz benötigt.
Gute Nachrichten, das Gimbal geht in die Produktion:
Hier sind die ersten gefrästen Teile, bisheriges Gewicht: 24 g.

Wird es auch eine Version geben, mit Halterungen für Servos? Dann wäre die Konstruktion auch für die KAP-Fans (Luftbilder vom Drachen aus) sehr interessant.

Hallo Marcus,

dürfte kein Thema sein, das System ist modular aufgebaut.
Dementsprechend muß ich statt einer Brushless Motoraufnahme, eine Servoaufnahme mit Servo-Direktantrieb aus CFK fräsen.
Kein großer Aufwand.
Da kann ich aber nur schnelle spielfreie Mikro-Servos mit höheren Drehmoment empfehlen, oder was würdest du hier genau verwenden?

Aber Achtung: Servo-Gimbal Freunde bewegen sich in diesem Thread auf Feindesgebiet......

Hi Alfred!

Ich will den Thread jetzt nicht komplett zweckentfremden! Aber beim KAP geht es darum die Kamera in eine Lage zu drehen und zu kippen. Aktive Lageregelung ist da kein Thema (oder nur für wenige Leute weltweit ein Thema). Deswegen tuen es es auch normale Servos.

Ich bin nur selbst der Meinung, das das, was es zur Zeit an Kits zum Rigbau auf dem Markt gibt eher "grobschlächtig" ist (http://www.kapshop.com/Rigs-Compact-P&S/c46_93/index.html). Dein modulares System wäre IMHO eine echte Bereicherung auf dem Markt! Allerdings bin ich selber zu sehr Hobbybastler um sowas zu kaufen. ;-) Ich fände es nur toll, wenn es auf dem Markt mehr gäbe als nur die sehr einfachen Angebote, die es zur Zeit gibt!

Wir können da gern mal per PN oder in einem anderen Thread drüber reden.
