Ich kann euch echt nur den Tipp geben die Firmware von Anfang an neu zu flashen! Solange die Firmware nicht richtig passt und der Drucker nicht kalibriert ist könnt ihr im Slic3r rumprobieren wie ihr wollt und werdet doch keine ordentlichen Ergebnisse bekommen. Also einmal an die Firmware ran und danach alles Kalibrieren. Danach könnt ihr mit Slic3r rumprobieren und schauen mit welchen Einstellungen ihr die besten Ergebnisse bekommt. Hätte ich das so gemacht hätte ich mir einige Stunden Kopfzerbrechen erspart

Kopiert das aber bitte nicht einfach rein, da auch für meinen Drucker spezifische Einstellungen drin sind. Schaut euch an wie man den Drucker kalibriert und nehmt dann als ersten Ansatz die Werte die ich momentan drin habe. Ich habe auch einige Zeilen rausgenommen damit der Text nicht noch größer wird.
